Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are transferrable.
Do I need to print out my tickets or can I show them on my phone?
You can print your tickets, save them to Apple Wallet, save them to Google Pay or share them via email. You can also take a screen shot of your tickets QR code and save it on your phone. This can make it easier for you to locate your tickets, as cell service may be limited at the event day of show.
Can I buy tickets at the gate day of show?
Yes, but ticket options will be limited to availability. The only way to guarantee your entry into the show is to buy tickets online in advance. Cash, credit and debit card are accepted at the gate day of show.
Does my child age 3 or younger need a ticket?
Children ages 3 and younger DO NOT need an admission ticket to the event.

What time is the event?
Gates are scheduled to open at 5pm
FREE Pit Party is scheduled to begin at 5pm
Main event is scheduled to begin at 7pm
Are there assigned seats?
Seating is General Admission. All seating is first come, first serve. We suggest arriving early to enjoy the Pit Party, go for a ride in a real monster truck, get the best selection of official merchandise, and grab your preferred seat. If you purchase a standing room only ticket, please be respectful and do not take a general admission ticket holder's seat.
What if it rains?
Rain will not force a postponement or cancellation of the event. In case of severe weather (such a tornado/hurricane warnings, heavy lightning activity or other Acts of God) we will notify ticket holders via e-mail of event schedule changes. In the case of severe weather during the event, we will notify fans to evacuate the grandstands if necessary. If the event reaches the half-way point of the show, no refunds are given. If the show does not reach the half-way point of the event, a 50% refund of your admission tickets will be credited.
What is the Pit Party?
The Pit Party happens prior to each show and is your exclusive access onto the track to see the 12,000 pound, 1,500 horsepower monster trucks up close and personal where you can get autographs and take pictures with the drivers. Admission to the Pit Party is FREE with your paid admission to the show. To enter the pit party, you may be required to sign a waiver.
What is the Monster Truck Ride Truck Experience?
Before and after the main event and during the main event intermission, fans will have the opportunity to purchase a ride along in the back of a real monster truck. Monster truck ride alongs are $20 per person (all ages) and are available for purchase to all fans who have a paid event admission. Minors are encouraged to ride with a parent or legal guardian. All riders will be required to sign a waiver.
How long does the show last?
The main event typically lasts around 1.5 hours, including an intermission break.
Am I allowed to smoke or vape?
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the grandstand area or anywhere inside the building. We do ask that if you need to smoke or vape, you do so outside the gates in the designated smoking areas.
Where do I park?
Parking is free with a paid event admission and there are designated parking areas at the facility, including handicap parking.
Do you have food and drinks for sale at the event?
Yes! Full concessions are available on-site.
What can and can't I bring to the event?
You CAN bring:
- Car seats or strollers (we do ask that you park strollers in a secure location that does not block the view of other spectators)
- Baby food or formula
You CANNOT bring:
- Noise makers, large signs or anything that our staff deems is a nuisance to others trying to view the event
- No animals or pets of any kind (except for service animals with proper documentation)
- No outside food or drink allowed
Any other information you can share?
Your ticket grants you admission into the venue. Seating is first come first serve. Seating is bleacher style and ticket buyer must be aware and accepts all risks involved with moving up and down bleacher style seating, including but not limited to, slips and falls between seating, wood splints, etc. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Loud noise, exhaust fumes, flying dirt, dust, mud, rock and/or small pieces of rubber or metal could become airborne during the event. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to be aware of surroundings at all times and ticket holder is aware of accepts these risks by entering the facility. By entering the facility you are aware that this is a mass gathering and it is your own personal responsibility to socially distance yourself and keep good hygiene to avoid the spread of COVID-19. This is a rain or shine event, in case of severe weather, a postponed event date may be used, and all ticket holders must attend the postponed event date, no refunds.
